Returns and Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Contact us within 90 days of delivery for a product refund, opened or unopened. A physical return is not normally required for a satisfaction-guarantee claim.

For correctly shipped but unwanted or overstock returns, you are responsible for the actual return postage unless we waive it. Human Nature covers required return shipping when we made a mistake. We do not charge a restocking or refund-processing fee.
